SVM

VGP
The VGP is the most cost effective Modified Atmosphere Tray Sealing (MAP) machine available. LCD controls ensure accuracy and a unique second program of vacuum allows up to 99% atmosphere evacuation. Ten programmable settings. On lockable wheels and single phase, this machine can be operated throughout the kitchen. No noisy compressors are required to operate this machine. This is the ideal start out to medium volume modified atmosphere tray packer. Changing to alternative size trays takes no time at all with inexpensive change - out tray carriers. Safe and simple to use.

SVR
Designed for medium volume throughput of modified atmosphere packing. The SVR has interchangeable moulds and sealing head units to facilitate various tray sizes. Changeover takes only 15 minutes. The tray drawer is operated manually and the sealing cutting operation is activated automatically.
Additional options available on the SVR include, automatic drawer ejection, higher rated vacuum pumps, scrap rewind with photocell for printed films, Code / date printer.
