Hand Wheel Sealer
Seal polyethylene or cellophane by moving the 2-1/4”diameter Teflon coated wheel along the material to be sealed. This versatile sealer can make a round oval or square textured 5mm seal. Adjustable temperature range from 60-220oC.

Constant Heat Foot Sealer
These foot sealers are excellent for sealing polycello films, humidity-proof cellophane film, polyethylene film, aluminum foil coated bags and gusset bags. A distinctive mesh, 15mm wide by 200, 300, 400 or 600mm long seal is standard on these units. These sealers are ideal for producing wide seals of heavier materials. Each unit is equipped with a temperature controller and Beeper Signal to notify the operator to release the pedal when sealing is complete. Electro static paint and Teflon coated sealing bars. Complete with pedestal, stand, and adjustable work table.

This unit is ideal for short bags that are wide or thick enough to require the need of a band sealer. Conveyor speed 0 – 12M. per minute, material thickness up to 0.4 mm and unlimited length. This unit can also emboss alpha numeric information on seal. The PI 881BS is completely adjustable. Comes equipped with speed control, embossing wheel, heat controls and repair kit. Embossing printing wheel and type optional. Optional Imprinter Available
