SR230
This is the smallest manual tray sealing model. The maximum tray size for this machine is 190mm x 200mm x 95mm. Depending on the size of the tray, more than one tray can be sealed at the same time (i.e., 2 x sandwich wedges). The film is automatically dispensed on to the tray and cut at the same time as the sealing is performed. This machine is commonly used for cold snacks, meal replacement trays etc and with its variable temperature control, can seal all tray materials including, PVC, PET, CPET, PP, Cardboard, Foil etc. It is possible to seal containers up to 185 mm height (option).

Rapida
The Rapida is a semi automatic version of the SR430. The trays are loaded manually and the tray carrier is pushed in manually. The film is automatically dispensed over the tray from a roll of film. The sealing and ncutting of the film is performed by pushing a button. It is possible to have interchangable tray carriers. The Rapida also has interchangable knife sets. This gives it the capability to form cut around the perimeter of the tray whether it has rounded corners or unusual shapes, while maintaining the flexibiltiy to be used with several different tray sizes.

K400 Automatic Tray sealer
The K400 is a semi or fully automatic tray sealer capable of sealing printed film on trays or round containers up to dimensions of 220mm x 175mm or 180mm diameter. It has a throughput volume of approx 300 - 400 per hour.
Suitable materials for the container can be PP, PE, PET, paper etc. Suitable sealing films can be PET/PP or PET/PE, and easy-peel film etc.
